Terms of Use

primegen.fun lets you generate AI images from text prompts using free daily credits. Extra credits can be earned through rewarded video ads and referrals. The service is provided "as is" — we may change credit amounts, models, or features at any time.

You sign in with a magic email link — no password. You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; abusing referrals, credits, or ads (bots, self-referrals, fake accounts) can get your account suspended.

You agree not to generate or attempt to generate content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity
• depicts minors in any sexual or exploitative context
• is hateful, harassing, or targeted at a real person
• impersonates a real person or creates deceptive deepfakes
• infringes someone else's intellectual property

We may block prompts, remove images, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

You can use images you generate for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model (FLUX.1 Schnell). AI output isn't guaranteed to be unique or accurate, and similar prompts can produce similar results for other users.

Free credits reset daily and don't roll over. Bonus credits from rewarded ads or referrals are granted only when the ad or referral completes properly — we can't grant credits for ads that fail to load or play. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or refunded.

The free service is supported by third-party ads (banners, pop-unders, and rewarded video). Ad networks may use their own cookies and tracking under their own privacy policies.

We store your email, prompts, and generated images to run the service and show your history. We don't sell your personal data. If you opt in to offers and deals, we'll email you occasionally — you can opt out any time from your profile or the unsubscribe link.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, primegen.fun isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or interruptions to the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
